How it works
It's so easy to start earning your rewards today!
To collect reward dollars for a purchase, you must link your transaction to your email address instore or online. If you do not, you will not be able to claim your reward dollars.
If you are a new customer you will need to verify your email and sign up to our program. You only need to do this once and upon confirmation you will receive a $10 sign up bonus.
After the initial verification you will automatically accrue a percentage of your purchase in reward dollars on all eligible purchases made after that time.
Reward Limits
To collect reward dollars for a purchase, you must link your transaction to your purchase via your email address. If you do not use the same email address you will not be able to accrue or claim your reward dollars as purchases are automatically inked to your email address.
You will accrue a percentage of your purchase in reward dollars on all purchases not excluded from the loyalty reward dollars program.
Excluded items include:
1) Classes
2) Machine sales
3) Gift cards
4) Longarm Quilting Services
5) Machine servicing or repairs including spare parts, or any externally sourced service
6) In house services such as binding
7) Pre made and sample sales
8) Postage and Handling Charges
9) Phone order Surcharge.
Reward dollars expire after 6 months.
Terms & Conditions
1) Customers are automatically added to our reward program when a customer account is created.
1.1) You will need to confirm your participation with our reward program in order to start accruing reward purchase dollars. This constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the reward program at any time. Details of any such termination or suspension will be displayed in store and on our website.
3) If you have collected reward dollars on a product that you return for a refund, your reward dollars balance will be adjusted accordingly. If you receive a store credit for returned goods, this will not affect your reward dollars balance.
4) Reward dollars have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards.
5) You cannot sell or transfer your reward dollars to anyone else.
6) We reserve the right to invalidate your reward balance if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
7) Our decision in the application or interpretation of any of the Terms & Conditions is final and binding.
8) We reserve the right to change or alter the terms and conditions of the reward program (including values).
9) Any changes will be displayed in store and on our website.
10) Your continued participation in our reward program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
11) These Terms and Conditions apply to our reward program; in Australia and are governed by the appropriate laws.
